All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled service(s) price. All no-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s). If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a no-show and charged as such. Any cancellation fees must be paid in full in order to rebook.
